Your first visit
Your first visit to the doctor typically includes a few x-rays that allow the doctor to view the structure of the jaw, the position of any teeth that have not yet erupted, malformed roots, and tooth decay. The initial visit involves getting medical history. When you share medical history with the doctor, be sure to provide complete up-to-date information on your health. This information will help the doctor to select the safest and most effective method of treatment for you.

Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Remember professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and patients are responsible to the doctor. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule This plan is called CARE CREDIT . Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. We also accept your insurance payment and you pay the difference if there is one.
Cancellation
